Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
